The short answer
Which one, and for whom
There is no overall winner, because “overall” is not a thing anyone buys. These are the situations that actually decide it.
Health Kitchen Manila
You live in one of the 17 areas both reach
₱164 a day cheaper at the same calories. If they reach you, Health Kitchen Manila wins on price.
Health Kitchen Manila
You live in one of 26 areas only Health Kitchen Manila reaches
Pickle does not deliver to 26 of the 43 areas between them, including Bocaue (Bulacan), Marilao (Bulacan), Meycauayan (Bulacan) and Santa Maria (Bulacan). A cheaper plan that never arrives costs infinity a day.
Health Kitchen Manila
You are eating keto, PCOS-friendly and plant-based
Pickle sells none of those. Their range is heart-friendly, diabetic-friendly, high protein and low carb, so on this axis it is not a comparison, it is a single option.
Pickle
You are eating heart-friendly
Health Kitchen Manila sells no such plan. Their range is diabetic-friendly, keto, low carb, high protein, PCOS-friendly and plant-based, so on this axis it is not a comparison, it is a single option.

Read the surcharge row carefully. Every city where Health Kitchen Manila charges one is a city Pickle does not reach at all, because Pickle’s zone sits entirely inside theirs. So the fee never decides between these two — it decides between Health Kitchen Manila and nothing.

Pickle only
None
Pickle’s zone sits entirely inside Health Kitchen Manila’s. There is no address where Pickle is your only option of the two.
Both lists are the providers’ own claims, copied from their order pages. We have not test-ordered to the edges of either zone — see what this gets wrong.
Limits of this page
What a head-to-head cannot settle
The comparison is incomplete
- Neither side has any diner figures at all. Both are under our 30-report floor, so neither on-time nor food figure publishes for either. Everything above is what we can check ourselves.
- Neither calorie figure is tested. Both are the provider’s own number.
- Prices were last read on 2 Nov 2026. None of the seven providers we track publishes a machine-readable feed, so either of these could have moved since.
And what it will never settle
Whether you will like it. We do measure taste — a fixed question, aggregated, with the base printed — but a percentage is a crowd, and repetitive chicken breast ends one person’s month and bothers another not at all. How taste is counted, and what the figure misses.
Still no star ratings and no written reviews. What we claim to know is what a day costs, whether it turns up when they said, whether diners called the food good and what they flagged, whether the portion matched, and whether the people who ordered it ordered again. Six figures and a price, each with its base printed.
Comparing a different pair? Pin any two plans on the home page and the same rows appear side by side. Written head-to-heads exist for every pairing of the seven providers we track — Health Kitchen Manila and Pickle is one of them.
