Early dataThe listing shown below is a real one, drawn the way every listing is. The rates are what we intend to charge, not live commitments, and nothing on this page has been sold. The rates are an intention, not a commitment. Nothing has been sold.

Kada.kada araw, per day

For meal plan providers

Your listing is free. The sort is not for sale.

We list every prepared meal plan we can find in Metro Manila, put the prices on one per-day axis, and rank them by the number the visitor picked. You cannot buy a place in that ranking. You can buy a read of the market you are competing in, or a labelled box above the results, at prices printed on this page.

Your listing today

This is what a diner sees

Health Kitchen Manila’s row, exactly as it renders in the results. Your quote is printed beside our per-day figure so anyone can check the arithmetic, and the delivery window is marked as your claim until diners report otherwise.

Nothing here was supplied by Health Kitchen Manila. It is a weekly read of their own public price page, which is exactly why we would rather you corrected it than let us guess.

Fix something

Wrong price, wrong window, wrong city

Send it and it goes live the same day. Wrong data costs you customers, so this is the one favour we will ask of you repeatedly.

One email to [email protected], from the domain on your order page or the account that runs the shop, with:

  • Which provider and which plan. The plan name as you sell it, so we change the right row.
  • What is wrong. The price, the days or meals in the box, the calories, the cities we say you cover, the delivery window, a discount code, or a plan that no longer exists.
  • What it should say instead, and the date it changed if you know it. We record the date we see a change on your own page, so a date from you saves a week.

We verify it is you before publishing: a reply from the domain on your order page, or a message from the account that runs the shop. Two minutes, once. If your price page is public we will also just re-read it. There is no form on this page yet because a form that cannot deliver a correction to anyone is worse than an address that can.

What’s free, what is not, and what neither of them buys

Free, permanently

₱0every plan you sell
  • Every plan listed, with your own quote printed beside our per-day and per-meal figures.
  • The coverage filter — the one no round-up offers, and the reason a diner in a city half the market skips ever finds you.
  • Your delivery window shown as your claim, and an on-time figure once 30 diners have reported.
  • A discount code that is unique to us, so a sale can be attributed without you installing anything.
  • Corrections published the same day.
  • Your own numbers, free and permanently. Every month: the clicks that opened your plans and which page they came from, which of your codes were revealed, your diner figures, and which figure people were sorting on when they found you.

The same for every listing on this site. It does not get better if you pay us, and it does not stop if you never do.

Market intelligence

₱3,000a month, first month free
  • Where each of your plans sits in the comparable set — the median per day, and how far above or below it you are.
  • Who moved. How many kitchens in that set raised or cut this month, and by how much. Counts, never a name and never a price.
  • Delivery fees, per city. How many of the kitchens serving a city charge anything at all, of how many serving it — and whether you are one of them.
  • What every city is asking for, by goal. The same numbers for everyone, counted by city and never against a person — and deliberately not about your clicks.
  • Which cities are waiting. How many people asked to be told when a kitchen reaches a city, and which of those cities you do not deliver to yet.
  • What a change to your own quote would have done to your position, worked out at a few steps either side of it.
  • Monthly, cancel any month, no exclusivity asked or offered.

Built to be worth reading at nought visitors, which is the test it was designed against: every line above is a fact about the market you are in rather than about our traffic.

Sponsored placement

₱2,000a month, added to the report
  • One box above the results, labelled Sponsored and visually separated from them.
  • Your pick of which plan it shows, plus 140 characters of your own copy.
  • One slot per goal filter, three on any single view. Then it is sold out.
  • Monthly, cancel any month, no exclusivity asked or offered.
  • ₱3,000 a month on its own, without the report. It costs more alone than alongside it, because the report is the product here and the box is the extra.

0 slots sold. We will not sell one until the traffic is worth the money.

And what neither of them buys

  • A better position in the organic ranking. That is arithmetic, and arithmetic is not for sale.
  • A badge on your ordinary row.
  • A competitor removed, downranked, or excluded from a filter.
  • Any change to your on-time figure.
  • Any change to what we publish about you at all — a figure, a price, a window, a position. The report is a read of the sort, never an input to it, which is the only reason the benchmark inside it is worth anything to you.

The rates are printed because a private rate is a negotiation, and a negotiation is how a sort quietly gets sold. If one changes, the new number appears here with the date it changed. There is no annual rate and no discount for a longer commitment: a provider locked in for a year is a provider we have a stake in keeping, and the whole point of “cancel any month” is that no such stake exists.

The on-time figure

How it is counted

We only ask for a report from someone who left this site for your order page, and it only counts when it carries a delivery photo or an order confirmation. So it cannot be padded by you, and it cannot be padded against you.

  • Nothing is published below 30 verified reports. Seven of the seven providers listed show no figure at all today.
  • The base is always printed next to the percentage.
  • Questions are fixed and factual. There are no star ratings and no written reviews anywhere on the site.

Your right of reply

If you believe a figure is wrong, write and say so. We will show you the rule, the base, and the window the reports covered.

Your reply is published on your page, labelled as yours, directly under the figure — up to 300 characters, unedited. No trimming, no summarising, and no ellipsis.

What we will not do is delete a verified report because it is unflattering. What we also will not do is publish what a diner typed about you: we ask an open question at the end of the report, we read every answer, and none of them go up. That is deliberate — opinion cannot be checked the way a delivery photo can.

What you’ll get back

Built, not yet posted

One email a month, with the numbers behind it

Outbound clicks have been recorded since the first day this site existed, so nothing has to be reconstructed later — the months before you hear from us are already counted. What it waits on is a verified sending address and an address of yours we have checked, not more building.

  • Clicks, not people. How many clicks opened each of your plans, and from which page. We hold no identifier that could tell one visitor from two, which is the same reason we cannot tell anyone else either.
  • Which of your codes were revealed, and how often — a reveal is not a redemption. Whether a code was used happens on your checkout, and we cannot see it.
  • Your diner figures, once they publish: on time, food, portion, chilled, would-order-again, each with the base it rests on.
  • Which figure people were sorting on when they found you — per day, per meal, or calories.

That much is free and stays free. What the paid report adds is the market around you rather than more about you: where your plans sit against the comparable set, who moved this month, which cities are asking for something nobody sells, and what every city is asking for by goal — the same numbers for everyone, counted by city, never against a person, and deliberately not about your clicks.

Every number carries the count it came from, and a month with too little traffic to say anything prints blank rather than as a percentage of four people. We will not sell diner contact details, to you or to anyone: the aggregate is the product and the person is not, which is why those goal counts are held per city and never against an email — why that matters.

How this works

How the ranking works

Plans are sorted by the number the visitor picked — per day, per meal, calories. That is the whole algorithm. Nothing is weighted, boosted, or placed by hand. The full methodology.

Where the numbers come from

A weekly read of your public price page, a structured feed if you publish one, and your corrections, which outrank both. We do not scrape social accounts — unstructured, against their terms, and stale within a week. The sources in full.

What we won’t do

Sell a place in the ranking. Publish written reviews or star ratings. Ask for exclusivity. Scrape your social accounts. Sell anyone’s contact details.

Who made this

We’re a husband-and-wife team in Metro Manila: my wife works in the creative industry and I’m a full-stack developer. Kada was our idea, and it started with her. She has PCOS, and looking for a meal plan that worked for her showed us how hard it is to compare plans: prices quoted per week, per five days or per month, snacks counted as meals, and delivery fees that only show up at checkout. Comparing seven providers took seven browser tabs and a calculator. That is why PCOS-friendly is a filter here, and why we ask what each plan is built for rather than guessing. We came up with it together, and we built it together. Reachable at [email protected], usually the same day.

Send us one plan and we’ll do the rest

One plan is enough to get a listing started — we will read your page for the others. Quote it exactly as you sell it; putting it on a per-day axis is our job, not yours.

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your kitchen’s name and one plan’s name.
  • The price, exactly as you quote it, and how many days that price covers. “₱3,150 for five days” is what we need; the division is ours.
  • Meals a day, and snacks separately. Snacks are printed and never counted as meals, so a plan with a snack is not penalised and not flattered either.
  • Calories, if you publish them, and what the plan is built for — high protein, low carb, keto, diabetic-friendly, heart-friendly, PCOS-friendly, plant-based or balanced eating.
  • The delivery window you promise, and the cities you deliver to, with any surcharge and which cities carry it.
  • An email or a handle we can verify you from, once.

Listing is free and stays free, and being listed does not commit you to anything at all. We will send you the listing before it goes up.
